Custom CSS won't accept my CSS file

I am using OneAll as a widget, and I would like to customize the CSS. I have found where to change which stylesheet that the widget pulls here:

$social_link [] = "  _oneall.push(['social_link', 'set_custom_css_uri', 'https://oneallcdn.com/css/api/socialize/themes/buildin/signin/large-v1.css']);";

When I swap out the link for the stylesheets that are hosted on oneallcdn.com, the CSS changes. However when I enter my own link ('http://site.mysite.com/css/mystyle.css'), it doesn't pull my CSS, but it goes back to the OneAll default.

are you using our free plan?

Custom CSS is only available with our Basic or a higher plan:
