Add the Icons in the login and new registrations form

I just installed this addpns on my WHMCS account but I have two questions:
#1
I need your support to share with me the path that I have to add the code ({$oneall_social_login_embedded}) in order to view the social media icons.

I already added the code ({$oneall_social_login_embedded}) in the login.tpl & clientregister.tpl but still the Icons not appeared.
In clientregister.tpl : http://prntscr.com/go5wa9
