please login to your OneAll account and have a look at the red message on the dashboard. There are two different URLS that you need to add to the Valid OAuth redirect URIs settings of your app.
There is also a specific guide in the Facebook settings in your OneAll account.

How is this answered? I don't see any solution. Adding the callback url to the Valid OAuth redirect doesn't seem to work (at least it doesn't for me).
