Cant login with steam error

so my forum it won't let me sign up with steam, it just doesn't work. all my details are correct, any help is appreciated

    Hi Tom,

    the IP 149.202.24.199 was not whitelisted for your OneAll site.

    I have now whitelisted it, the connection with Steam works,
    but there seems to be a bug in how the plugin processes the data.

    I get this error:
    1062 - Duplicate entry '' for key 'loginname'

    I have found the problem. It's described here:

    So basically you need to remove the plugin Steam-OpenID--MyBB that you have installed and make sure that the column loginname is removed from your mybb_users table too.

    it is still not working, since then i have bought a domain. and i cant fix it.

    I have successfully been able to login using Steam.
    As far as I can see it works correctly now.
