Wordpress comment sync to OneAll not working

Hi, I have installed Loudvoice on our WordPress 4.9.5 instance.
The comment system works ok, but the SYNC is not.
We currently cannot sync the old comments to the OneAll account via the "Export Comments from WordPress to LoudVoice" functionality
Every item generates a Invalid JSON received.

Can you please help us out to fix this issue, as we would like to get our old comments visible.

    Hi Edwin,

    thank you for the information.
    We have found and fixed a bug in the FSOCKOPEN handling.

    We have released a new version 2.1.1 here:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/loudvoice-comment-system/

    It also contains a couple of other improvements.

    If you login to your WordPress, you should receive a notifications that the plugin can be updated. Just update it and the bug should be fixed.
