Whitelist domain

I have had the following message come up when I access my wordpress admin panel:
[OneAll] To enforce the security of our services we require each domain to be whitelisted. Please click here to open your security settings and whitelist the domain www.scottsofthrapston.co.uk. Clear your browser cache and reload this page afterwards.

I have since gone in (multiple times and opened the security settings to white list the domain, including refreshing the cache, restarting the computer etc. but the message will not disappear. Does anybody know why this would not be happening?

    Quick note:

    This issue was handled over our ticket system.

    The issue was that only scottsofthrapston.co.uk was whitelisted.
    This does not apply to www.scottsofthrapston.co.uk
