Could not contact API. Is the API connection setup properly ?
i am getting the above message when i try to connect through my sites admin control panel. ive have checked im putting the right keys in, ive reset my private key in case this was the issue, same thing happened.

please make sure that your firewall/provider does not block outgoing HTTP/HTTPS connections (from your server to ours).

I'm having the same problem in phpBB 3.1.12, tried the "HTTP Basic Authentication with PHP/CURL"-script from this page: https://docs.oneall.com/api/basic/authentication/
I get the response "Your request has been processed successfully" so it seems that it is working like it should?
But in the ACP i get "Could not contact API. Is the API connection setup properly?", the code is 403 and I'm trying to connect to https://fordclubsweden.api.oneall.com.
Any suggestions to solve this issue?

After a bit more investigation I got some more information: "The maximum number of allowed domains (3 out of 2) of your Freemium plan is exceeded. Please upgrade to a higher plan to be able to add more domains".
I only have 1 domain in the whitelist box?
