Apple social login integration error

edited June 2022 in Questions

Hi,
I followed the step by step guide for Apple Social Login integration but I receive this message when I am testing the auth:
"Could not connect to Apple
If you are the owner of this website, then please verify the Apple configuration in your OneAll account. In this case, please click on the following link and follow the setup guide in order to fix the error: Setup Apple Configuration
Additional Information
The Apple Client ID setup in your OneAll account is invalid"

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Regards, Matyas

    Hello Matyas,

Maybe your application is not configured correctly.
Could you please open a support ticket to send me your website link and some screenshot of your Apple application settings ?
Do not post these information here.

    Best regards,
    Damien

  • This usually happens when the Apple Client ID in OneAll doesn’t match the one from your Apple Developer account. Double-check that the Service ID and Team ID are correctly copied, and that the Redirect URL in Apple’s settings matches exactly what OneAll provides. Also, make sure the app’s bundle identifier is correct and that “Sign in with Apple” is enabled for your app. After saving all changes, refresh the keys and try again. That should fix the invalid Client ID error.
