How to set Facebook Deauthorize callback URL?

Dears,

I follow your procedure to set Facebook Login. All Step is done. When I wanna make it go to Live. It give me the error "Not currently eligible for submission.

Your submission is missing data in the following fields:
User data deletion"

It asks me to set User data deletion by following this URL: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/delete-data/
But I don't know how to do.
Is that possible to add this procedure to your quick guide and tell me?
I will be very appreciate about it.
