Domain is whitelisted, but still getting error

Hi,

I just changed domain names and redirect the old domain to the new. However, I whitelisted the new domain and still get the error:

[OneAll] To enforce the security of our services we require each domain to be whitelisted. Please click here to open your security settings and whitelist the domain www.dbkjewels.com. Reload this page afterwards.

I have the following whitelisted:
designbykathryn.com
*.designbykathryn.com
*.dbkjewels.com
www.dbkjewels.com

I didn't have the issue until after the domain redirect. Any idea how I can fix this?
