Change Subdomain

I want to change the subdomain which uniquely identifies the OneAll site I had created. I was testing the site on another server first and want it changed now, so that the subdomain and API Endpoint doesn't have any kind of reference to my test site. I don't want to create a new site and generate fresh API keys as I already have a paid account for the test site. I just want to change the subdomain and corresponding API Endpoint.

Kindly provide assistance.

    Hi Komal,

    could you please submit a support ticket here?
    http://www.oneall.com/company/contact-us/

    We will then change your subdomain.

    You however need to be aware that you will have to update all of social network apps,
    as they are referencing the OneAll subdomain.

    Thanks Claude_Schlesser. We've created a new site and cancelled the earlier one we've used for testing.
