How to get user email with Twitter

Hello,
Each time I try to sign up with Twitter, it always says it could not get the email address for that account. I have Read and Write access enabled, how do I make this work?

    Hi,
    Graham_Washbrook suggestion is correct, you need special authorization for this.
    Follow this link to request the permission, tick "I need access to special permissions".
    https://support.twitter.com/forms/platform
    You will have to fill in your twitter app details.
    Then, you will get an email back from Twitter support.

    Note: we still have to make some further changes to our Oneall API to forward you this email. This is ongoing, but we'll inform you here when that is done.
