  Hi,
  Maybe you can review the settings for your Facebook app.
  Such as: leave the App Domain blank, but add the Oneall API endpoint in the Website SIte URL (https://xxx.api.oneall.com/).

  Just to be sure: 'blank' means: nothing in that field (do not type in 'blank')
  Try those:
  [No] Client OAuth Login
  [Yes] Web OAuth Login
  [No] Embedded Browser OAuth Login
  [No] Force Web OAuth Reauthentication
  
  Valid OAuth redirect URIs: https://ctncommunity.api.oneall.com/
  Deauthorize Callback URL: blank

  yes, sure. nothing typed in there.
  I did your recommended settings but nothing changes.
  Error:
  Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

  Maybe it is the inconsistent http, https in API URL?
