  Oh, I do not believe your site listed the service as in "beta". LoudVoice is included in our business membership correct?

  I'm currently using a free plan, should i consider to move to a Starter enterprise plan if i wish to customize elements in the LoudVoice iframe ?
  More precisely I'd like to toggle elements display, for example hide "Share" or "Recommend".
  Retrieve higher quality Twitter avatars (more than the 24*24 mini thumb).

  Hi Ronan, we are currently working on an improved version of LoudVoice.
  It will have a better moderation queue, and an improved management interface.
  Yes, you can also use your own CSS stylesheet.
  
  identity-> thumbnailUrl provides the small thumbnail.
  identity->pictureUrl provides a larges picture
  identity->photos provides a available sizes.
  
  There is no limitation on the number of comments.
