I'm currently using a free plan, should i consider to move to a Starter enterprise plan if i wish to customize elements in the LoudVoice iframe ? More precisely I'd like to toggle elements display, for example hide "Share" or "Recommend". Retrieve higher quality Twitter avatars (more than the 24*24 mini thumb). To be able to add CSS definitions, And is there any comments limitation per month ?
The company i'm working for is planning to evolve to a Silver account in order to have the "Cloud Data Encryption" option. Can you tell me whether i could customize/translate LoudVoice with such an account.
Hi Ronan, we are currently working on an improved version of LoudVoice. It will have a better moderation queue, and an improved management interface. Yes, you can also use your own CSS stylesheet.
identity-> thumbnailUrl provides the small thumbnail. identity->pictureUrl provides a larges picture identity->photos provides a available sizes.

There is no limitation on the number of comments.
You can also use your own CSS style by using this call:
_oneall.push(['loudvoice', 'set_custom_css_uri', '---put-the-url-to-your-css-file-here---']);
