We are not able to add a domain

We are not able to add a domain to Oneall, even though we own the domain name and have the wordpress site working. The system says the domain already exists, but it does not exist. Is it possible that someone else registered that domain. How do we contact you to delete that domain (ideawala.com). We can prove domain ownership.

    Hi,
    Normally, we do not do this, because this name is only to reference a configuration (and used with our API), and was registered before.
    However, in this case, the app domain (ideawala) was actually cancelled, so we deleted it.
    So, it should be available :-)

    Thank you very much. Do I have to recreate all the APIs if domain changes? (We temporarily used myideawala.oneall.com

    Unfortunately, yes.
    But, the various social networks apps only need to be updated.
