Upon social sharing, do we (publisher) get the name and email ID of the person who did the social sharing for access to some content? If not, how do we follow up or provide additional value to the person who shared? Is this functionality available in any of the plans? Or is there a configuration to enable such event?
@Satya_Iluri "Social Sharing" here refers to the Social Sharing API, which lets developers push out updates on behalf of the user. For this type of sharing, your web server would know who you're pushing the message out for.
However, I think you're referring to social buttons and links that a user clicks on, loads Facebook's sharing page, and hit's share. At that point, OneAll has no access to the information.
