I am using Open Cart 2.3x and I am getting "Fatal error: Can't use method return value in write context in /home/shopaw1z/public_html/catalog/controller/extension/module/oneall.php on line 576"
I have also tried the Patch which I saw in the previous posts but to no rescue. Please help.

This error has been fixed in the latest version:
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=24825
Please make sure to download the new version and upload it to your server.
Existing files need to be overwritten.
