social icon disappears after setup at oneall main site

Somehow setting up FB credentials at oneall and FB stopped the icon from showing on /my-account. Initially was there prior to setting properly at oneall so got the "you need to set up your account" type message when clicking to test usage. Then went thru steps to activate FB at oneall and all seems well according to oneall dashboard but after refreshing WP page FB icon is gone!

Ideas??

    maybe it was only a caching issue with your browser.

    I'll chalk it up to gremlins for now and just keep watch. Definitely not browser cache though as I tried different browsers, at least one of which was coming in fresh post add-on. I haven't looked to see how it works so wondering if some data not received back on load perhaps image won't load? I'll just watch for it. Thanks.
