What does "Could not load mobile connector" mean?

Signing in with oneall stopped working for us today. When we go to /socialize/connect/mobile/facebook (with a nonce and callback_uri), we get an error saying "Could not load mobile connector".

What does this error mean and what are some of the possible causes?
