Validating social login via AJAX does not work with https or mobile devices

I was previously advised on https://support.oneall.com/forums/discussion/comment/9799#Comment_9799 that I could validate via AJAX by adding this line to my oneall javascript:

_oneall.push(['social_login', 'set_event', 'on_login_redirect', "function that returns false" ]);

I am implemented in my website and found that it only works on desktop/laptop computers and only if accessed through http. However, when run through https or mobile devices, it keeps the same browser page (instead of creating a popup) and after I select an account, it freezes.

Works -> http://paction1195-uat.appspot.com/app/log_in.html
Doesn't work -> https://paction1195-uat.appspot.com/app/log_in.html

Hi Jack,

I made a test on my desktop computer here:
https://paction1195-uat.appspot.com/app/log_in.html

It could not see any issues. What exactly does not work?

Per default our API does not use popups on mobile devices.

You need to force popups using this call:
_oneall.push(['social_login', 'set_popup_usage', 'always']);
