Just to clarify: are you looking (on app.oneall.com) for the pages that a user logged in with Social Login visited on your site(s)?
If so, this is not available.

In which positions have you configured the icons to display? (bottom settings of the social login module)

This is most likely due to the changes in LinkedIn API, which requires you to request a special 'partner' agreement with LinkedIn to access this data.

Indeed, this is the process and the user account is created even if the user cancels the email entry.
And, yes, it would make sense not to create the account in this case.

If the user profile does not have an email address, and the plugin setting requires email entry, then random email addresses will not be allowed.
This is the case even when the user registered with Facebook with their phone number.
