You can do this by providing your icons (your own CSS) with customized text (translated).
Using your own custom CSS is available for Basic plan upwards.

This is outside the control of the Oneall module.
The module redirects you to the register page (given your module configuration).
Maybe inspect layout positions of the other modules (maybe they added layouts to the register form?).
