The icons show when the div id is present, and the JS code (_oneall.push calls) is run.
What is the URL of your page so we can have a look?

There is a filter included in the Oneall plugin which will allow you to change the URL from the functions.php file, the filter call is:
apply_filters ('oa_social_login_filter_current_url', $current_url)

Not sure what you mean by 'no JS on my page', because you need to include our JS library on your page, and add some specific JS calls. Not sure how this gets added to your angular app.

This makes sense, but it is not supported in the plugin.
The plugin code can be changed, with some effort, based on the empty email check and modal window.
It is a good suggestion though.

It appears it is a display problem of the linked accounts. The login/linking works (you would connect to the same accounts using either social accounts).
