Social login unable to view e-mails in joomla under users?

What does this mean and why doesn't it show the real users email?



  • Hi,
    If the user logs in with a Social Network that does not disclose his/her user email, then our plugin creates a random email address (the user needs to update it later).
    Probably the user is in that situation, and therefore viewing emails does not work.
    Could you confirm the email address of the user in question, from his profile, to verify this is indeed what happened?
