Honestly, I can't even get it to show up

I'm using this specifically for comments and I can't even get it to show up. I really would like help with this...I seem to of followed the directions.

On second thought, do I need to install loudvoice? I'm looking to get my comments section pretty spot on to theirs. It works really well and I'm unsure of if I have the required plugins.

LoudVoice is a great tool, I strongly recommend using it
