Getting whitelist Error even though domain is whitelisted

Hi. I keep getting the error:

[OneAll] To enforce the security of our services we require each domain to be whitelisted. Please click here to open your security settings and whitelist the domain Reload this page afterwards.

But the domains are whitelisted:

    Hi Russell,

    I've been to our website and I can see the icons.

    After having whitelisted a new domain you need to wait a few minutes so that the changes can be propagated to all of our servers. Then you should refresh your browser cache in order to see the changes.
