Social login buttons not returning in ie11

The call to show the social login buttons on ie11 is returning an error for us - Error 400 - Bad Request :
And the following is returned. With a link to a redundant html page. This error is only happening on ie11.

This can be viewed at:

https://test.geovey.org/app.html

If you then hit the top right menu button and select Sign In, the left hand panel becomes a login panel.
The social login buttons should appear underneath the agree to terms and conditions checkbox.
