The installation of the addon is not working

We installed the WHMCS addon and configured it as instructed but the buttons don't show on the pages. The links are to the screenshots of all settings.

1) Port 80 status
2) WHMCS Setup
3) OneAll code inserted in ClientRegister.tpl
4) OneAll code in login.tpl

What should we do?
