The user's email address information was not retrieved when they registered via LINE.
I was able to do it on twitter.
I want to know why and how to fix it.

Sorry, self-resolved.
I didn't press the PUBLISH button on my webapp channel on line developers.
I was able to get the email address successfully when I pressed it.
