I have raised 3 separate support tickets in regards to seeking refund for the service which auto-renewed without my consent this month. I do not use this service at all on my website and therefore not sure how this occurred without my consent? I see no billing management tools or contact number to speak to someone.
It has been over 3 weeks now since first making contact via Support ticket within my account area, which is as described for these sort of issues.
Please advise soonest as this is 400EUR taken and is so far an extremely poor customer experience.
