How do you add a user who already has a Oneall account?

The only option to add users (developer, administrator) to my account is to create a new one; however this user already has a Oneall account. Is there a way to grant access to existing Oneall users?/

That's unfortunately not possible. We can however remove the existing user so that you can add him to another account. Please contact our support to take care of it: http://www.oneall.com/company/contact-us/
