Can't login and create user profile after Social Login

Some users can't login to my site (2015.ulcamp.ru/profile) after social login button.
Plugin redirects them to http://ulcamp2015.api.oneall.com/socialize/redirect.html?provider_connection_token=b5820d5e-f806-489d-8669-558a33acxxxxx url and then to http://2015.ulcamp.ru/profile/?oa_social_login_source=custom
But profile still not authorized/registered.
The strangest moment is that some other users login without any problem.

For example users vk.com/id3182998, vk.com/id14924744, twitter/astafyev_aa can't login.

We've fixed our code. There was a problem with cyrrilic user_login in wordpress. Now everything works fine. Thanks at all!

Basic testing (logging in) works for our accounts.
Difficult to point you in any direction with this information unfortunately :-(
Anything else that is different among your users ?
