How can I send my post update to the social sites

First of all thank you the site owner for creating a great site which is very helpful to open api for various social sites. I have already created my API for various social sites through your site oneall, but I am not sure to how to send post update to all of those social sites. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

This is called Social Sharing.
As a first step, you can look up the documentation:
from app.oneall.com, select your site, choose the tab "Implementation", then "Social Sharing Wizard".
Also, there are past questions on this topic.
