How long before whitelisting takes effect?
I added wpengine.com to my whitelist several hours ago, but am still getting the [OneAll] To enforce the security of our services we require each domain to be whitelisted. Please click here to open your security settings and whitelist the domain curriki.wpengine.com. Reload this page afterwards. message.
The Update Whitelist message says it should take minutes, but it has been at least 3 hours.

It should be a matter of minutes. You can clear your browser's cache too.
Otherwise, perhaps a whitelist entry problem.
