wahn i try to conncet by facebook i hvae problem
"The account has been created. However, the forum settings require account activation.
An activation key has been sent to your email address."
i try to change
And you add this in a new line before:

$config ['require_activation'] = USER_ACTIVATION_SELF;

but it no help
plz help to solve the problem

What is the problem? Doesn't this match the User Registration Settings (in ACP) ?

well i tested with another facebook account and it appears that if the user was created before we made it an open board (register without activation will force an activation however an account created after we made it an open board seems to work without issue.


can i do without activation code ??
i need user to login Immediate Without force an activation can you do it ???

Hi,
Yes, you can avoid user activation with Social Login in PhpBB.
Just set User Registration Settings > Account Activation to Immediate.
