    Hi,

Alternatively, you could provide us with the URL of your page, for us to have a look at it.

  • Hi,
When modifying the whitelist, provided the domain names are correctly added, wait a few minutes, then delete the browser's cache.
Let us know if this still causes problems.
    Regards.
  • After trying for hours and not getting the whitelist to work, I moved on. There isnt much to do in Internet business when you have to expect a 12h+ response time. I gotta be good at supporting my customers and have to get a response time related to the issue at hand. I wont offer my customers a service which one cant be safe with, so I cant have a provider I myself cant be safe with. Working well while it is working is not enough, we have to have a service in internet business that are accountable for its errors. Thought a paid service would have a greater rate of success, but as this experience gone, it is better to rely on something else with which I can solve problems myself when they present themselves. And one more tip: Dont get your messages to show openly when they deal with whitelists or blockings unless there is a way the user itself asks the system to. My main concern is what the message represents to my audience.
Best of luck for you guys.

    Hi Estevan Sabino,

I'm sorry to hear that your experience with our services has not been satisfying.
Questions on our support forum are only answered during office hours.

For our paying customers we have an emergency contact form that is available 24/7.

We monitor our services closely, and we haven't encountered any issues for quite a long time.
I think that in your case a refresh of the browser's cache would have fixed the issue.

    Regards,

Welcome!
