OneAll module,contacting api stucked!

Hello,
I'm trying to setup your module but once I paste the subdomain,private and public key and then press Verify the API Settings it stucks on Contacting API - please wait ...

Also auto detect the best api conf. stucks in the same :Contacting API - please wait ...

I tried by selecting different options like connection with port 80,port 443 CURL,but none working it just gives no error or something.
If anyone could help,thanks in advance.

    Hi Mursel,

    could you please make sure that your firewall allows outgoing connections on port 80/443 from your server to our API ?

    You can try contacting their support ? Sometimes their service reports on the blocked domains.

    They said that port 80 is functional.
    I'm trying with CURL and fopen but none seem to be working.
    Is there anything I can do,for this!?
