phpBB 3.1.5, Facebook plugin & User Password

edited August 2015 in Questions
I've setup a test forum to see if phpBB is the platform we want to use for an upcoming forum idea. The only issue is that when using your social login plugin with Facebook, if the user has admin privileges it prompts them for a password when accessing the ACP. If the user then enters the password they use on Facebook nothing works, is there any way for this to work? Do users that create accounts with the social plugin not have passwords?

For security reasons the Facebook passwords are never disclosed. The login process takes place on the Facebook servers and the servers then communicate using a unique token key.

The plugin never gets the Facebook password, which is a good thing. For this reason the plugin creates a random password for users that sign up with Facebook.

You should receive the pasword by email and you can also change it in your profile settings ;)
