Windows Live contacts not implemented

When connecting with Windows Live permissions to read contacts is given but when I try to retrieve them I get the following
message: The API has refused the request: retrieving contacts is not available for this social network.

Why is this not implemented for Windows Live?
When will this be available?

Indeed this is not implemented.
We will add it to our todo list :-) but we cannot announce a date.

Thanks for the response. We can start using the service without this feature but it won't be usable to us in the long run without it so a timeframe would help.
