i configure my social networks with oneall and the are still not working?! 403 error?

thankyou for fixing my last mess i made and getting me back on to oneall. my problem now though is that i have tried configuring Twitter,facebook,instagram and google+ to my oneall account and configure them to my site. i have followed all the steps in the configuration links and they have all said registered and the green tick is on my oneall accounts for each type of social network i have registered and configured to my website. but for some reason when people try to login woth these social networks all that comes up is a 403 error!?? what can i do to fix this please? somebody please help me! i am very tired of oneall being difficult to setup!
