Permissions for User insights

Which permissions do we have to request for which provider to get the data available in the oneall User Insights dashboard? We can only see Gender, location and relation. We use Google, FB, Twitter and linkedin.

Hi,
If we understand the question correctly, you just need a specific plan to access to all the data regarding your users, via the User Explorer.
Also, you may use the various endpoints of our API to collect this data (docs.oneall.com/api/resources/users/read-user-details/).

Thanks for you answer,

The problem was not actually with the plan, but that the gender graph in the Demographics tab was still empty after we added Gender to the requested fields with Facebook.

Now the graph is displaying the gender.
