I have signed up for the Pro plan and will be going Enterprise soon.
Where do I pay for the Custom Domain Mapping (SSL) - - did I miss it when paying for Pro?
After I pay, where do I get the DNS modification instructions?
Do I need to upgrade to a wildcard SSL certificate for the mapping to work with my registrar (crappy godaddy)?
