Subscription change

Hi there, we had a plus yearly plan, changed to business for one month and now changed back to plus. You charged us again for the plus subscription for the whole year.

Could you please:

- credit us one month of plus subscription since for one month we used business
- cancel the last invoice and send us back the money?
