Getting information out and into wordpress

Hi,

I have install on wordpress and want to grab info and update info when user logs in using One All. I see that I need to add additional columns in SQL but where do I do this?>

Also, is there an easy way that a user can 'link; their social network to an existing account without going through the wordpress panel?
