    That is Pinterest procedure (we can understand your frustration :-)

    The issue is I added 3 developers on the list and the button didn't appear to submit.
    How many do you have to add to make it work?

    As they were all my other pinterest accounts I use, I looked at all their interfaces for the dev area and none had authorise app in the listings.
    Unless I am missing something.

    Did one of the developers authorize the app?
