Facebook - pull first name and last name into my WordPress user profile

When users connect via Facebook, I want their first name and last name to be populated in the user profile on WordPress.

under oneall - social networks only email address is ticked.
It says I can tick other options in the basic profile data area, however I can't - theres no tick boxes.

How can I collect the names correctly?

Hi,
Normally, when users register with Facebook, their first and last name is taken from their profile, and added to their profile when creating their account.
Is this not the case?
What is your URL (so we can try).
