Hi,
Not when using the extension's settings form (which escapes the html tags).
But you can edit the database table phpbb_config, record oa_social_login_index_page_caption directly.

Apologies for reviving this post, how would i increase the character limit for the caption message i would like to put some more text in there and some html, maybe a couple of images, i have found the section in the database to edit the caption but i dont know how i would increase the value.
