Have changed theme and wish to start afresh

I get the error message site not whitelisted even though it says API working etc. The subdomain on WP dashboard os mycity2 but when trying to delete site in account so can start again I get errors.

How do I do this. Can I just delete plugin and start all over again?

    Yes, you can delete the plugin and start over again. You'll have to renter your Oneall app credentials again.
    The whitelisting error can occur after adding your website domains to the whitelist if you do not clear your browser's cache.

    Post any error message you may have.
