Buttons dose not show up on Wordpress

Hello i try to use this plugin with my new project that use pin clone theme but it seams that the buttons dose not show up even if i put the shortcode on the login page my site is e-how.co

If you go at e-how.co/signup/ there is nothing
if you go at e-how.co/login/ same there is no social button

I setup access for Google,Reddit,Facebook,Twitter,Pinterest and still nothing

The plugin uses existing WordPress hooks to seamlessly integrate into your blog. If your theme does not support these hooks, the plugin will not be displayed correctly. You can add the Social Login features manually by inserting the following code into your template:

<?php do_action('oa_social_login'); ?>

Just add this code at the location where Social Login should be displayed.
