Social Login with Facebook give back incomplete data

Dear all,

When an user of us logs in not all information received information is correct. For example it misses the profile/page name. We do receive on facebook id: 1093193167408347. But when I use/try it I get on message:

Profile unavailable

Unfortunately, this profile is not currently available. Try again later.

Can anybody give me a clue what goes wrong or what kind of profile this is.

If I need to share more information reply and I will send/post it.

Hi,
The app_scoped_user_id seems to be the one to use.
It is in the profileUrl field of the profile.

The link you clicked, may be inoperative or the page has been deleted.

It looks like you need to be logged in to Facebook to access a profile from an ID.

I tried with and without an inlog into Facebook but both times I get the same result.

Also when I try the following link it works perfectly:

https://www.facebook.com/nike

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=15087023444

So I'm out of options! Your help is appreciated.

could you please post the user_token or identity_token of an user where the profileURL returns an incorrect link?

It looks to like a permission issue; the page is not visible publicly.
We get the same Facebook error messages when trying to access a page without being logged in.
